Who is responsible?

WebNoxo is an independent project brand operated by Nikolay Simeonov, not a registered company. Nikolay Simeonov is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@webnoxo.com.

Information you choose to share

The project form collects your name, email address, project type, optional budget preference, optional website address and message. It also records the time of submission and the version of this notice acknowledged. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database so Nikolay can review and respond. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A confirmation on this website means the enquiry has been saved; it does not mean a confirmation email has been sent.

Why this information is used

Information is used to assess your enquiry, respond to you and, where requested, prepare a proposal. When you request a potential service, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Other correspondence and proportionate security measures rely on legitimate interests in answering messages and protecting the website. Optional anonymous statistics are collected only after you choose to allow them.

Security and spam protection

The form uses temporary security tokens, timing checks and submission limits. For rate limiting, a daily hash of the connection’s IP address is stored; the application does not store the raw address in its enquiry or statistics tables. These security records are cleared during subsequent form activity after they expire, normally within about 25 hours on an active site.

Cookies, preferences and anonymous statistics

This website adds no advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. A choice saved in your browser’s local storage remembers your privacy preference for up to 180 days. If you allow statistics, the site stores daily totals for page views, contact clicks and successful enquiries, grouped by page and event. It does not attach a visitor profile, email, persistent visitor identifier or message to those counts.

You can change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Changing it stops future optional collection; previously aggregated totals cannot identify your visit. The site respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Private access to this preview may require separate, necessary platform authentication cookies.

Storage, providers and retention

The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process data needed to operate and secure their services under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements, which may include technical logs separate from this application. Processing may occur outside your country. Contact Nikolay for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Unconverted enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and cleared during subsequent form activity. If a project proceeds, necessary correspondence and contractual records may be retained separately for the project and applicable legal requirements. Anonymous daily totals contain no contact details. Personal information is not sold.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional statistics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to hello@webnoxo.com.
